Associate Director Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor, looking to take your next step to Associate Director?

This is a unique opportunity to join one of Scotland’s premier privately-owned Quantity Surveying practices, renowned for 50+ years of providing specialist cost advice across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Quantity Surveying services and cost management on high-profile projects within the commercial, retail, residential and leisure sectors
• Provide strategic advice to ensure optimal project outcome
• Collaborate closely with clients to tailor services that meet and exceed their unique project aspirations
• Lead project coordination efforts, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to financial parameters
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

On Offer:

• Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 (DOE)

About You:

• RICS qualified
• Extensive Quantity Surveying experience within a UK consultancy environment is essential
• A proven track record within the commercial, retail, residential or leisure sectors
• Leadership abilities, with experience of delivering complex projects
• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
