Associate Director Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step, or an Associate Director seeking a new challenge. This role offers the chance to join a top national consultancy with a very great reputation for delivering high-profile property projects across the UK.

The Role

As an Associate Director, you will take a leadership role within the business, managing major developments, overseeing project delivery and mentoring a team of excellent Quantity Surveyors. You will work closely with key clients across a range of sectors, including commercial, leisure, residential and mixed-use developments, ensuring the highest standards of cost consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-value property projects, ensuring successful delivery
• Oversee and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors, supporting their professional development
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
• Provide strategic input into business growth and team development
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

Requirements

• Currently at Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate Director level within a consultancy environment
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
• Proven ability to deliver complex, high-profile property projects
• Excellent commercial awareness and client-facing skills
• Chartered status (MRICS) preferred but not essential
