We are proud to be partnering with a highly successful SME that has seen consistent growth and profitability in recent years. Due to securing several high-value projects across diverse sectors, they are now expanding their Project Management team.
The Role:
Based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh, this position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects valued between £10m – £90m. You’ll be involved in major developments across Student Accommodation, Leisure, and Care Home sectors, delivering high-quality results for their clients.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a UK consultancy environment
- Proven track record of managing UK-based property projects; experience in Leisure, Commercial, Industrial, and Residential sectors would be advantageous
- Membership of a recognised professional body (MRICS, MAPM, or similar) is preferred but not essential
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently
- An interest to develop their Business Development skills
