Project Manager/ Senior PM

The Role:
Based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh, this position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects valued between £10m – £90m. You’ll be involved in major developments across Student Accommodation, Leisure, and Care Home sectors, delivering high-quality results for their clients.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in a UK consultancy environment
• Proven track record of managing UK-based property projects; experience in Leisure, Commercial, Industrial, and Residential sectors would be advantageous
• Membership of a recognised professional body (MRICS, MAPM, or similar) is preferred but not essential
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently
• An interest to develop their Business Development skills
