Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a challenging and rewarding role?

This opportunity will have you as part of a forward-thinking construction consultancy delivering landmark commercial office projects in central London, ranging anywhere between £10m – £500m.

Why This Role?

You will work within a small, specialist & dynamic team whilst being part of a wider business of over 160 staff, based across two locations.

This particular position will have you working on a £200m+ heavy cut and carve office refurbishment for a renowned blue-chip client in central London

Although your time will be mainly spent focusing on commercial office projects, there are opportunities to work on schemes across a diverse range of sectors, supporting highly sought after, reputable clients & developers.

Examples of these sectors includes: Hotels, Student Accommodation, Education and Corporate Real Estate, to name but a few.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cost consultancy on high-value projects
• Manage cost plans, procurement, and budgets for complex projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Contribute to the successful execution of high-value schemes

Requirements

• An experienced Senior Project Surveyor, with UK based property project experience
• Extensive experience of working within a construction consultancy environment
• Commercial office sector experience would be beneficial, but certainly not essential
• MRICS qualified
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of delivering large-scale projects
